SUREFLOW® provides new construction and renovation applications with a simplified design and installation process that delivers a viable alternative to PTAC’s, rooftops and other DX systems. SUREFLOW® is a self-balancing system that eliminates the need for control valves, uses less pipe (2 pipes provide 4-pipe performance) and fewer fittings. This results in simpler and lower cost installations that are self-commissioning and use less energy.
We carry the complete line of IEC fan coils – delivering the perfect solution to your specific applications.
Modular Hi-Rise Coils IEC modular Hi-Rise units provide an integrated-package approach to condition indoor air. By providing risers (factory installed or shipped loose), pre-piped valve packages and factory installed controls, field labor and installation time is reduced, resulting in lower installation costs. Forty-five different air flow configurations, quiet operation, customizable cabinetry and the fact that these units are suitable for both ducted and non-ducted applications, provide the most flexible unit in the industry and the right choice on new construction or renovation jobs.
Conditioned Air Units The conditioned air unit is the perfect solution for any building which has to mix outdoor air with return air. The unit maintains precise temperature settings and controls humidity levels to create an ideal indoor environment.
Horizontal Units: Horizontal Series fan coils satisfy concealed or exposed ceiling application requirements and are available in six models from 200 - 1200 CFM, with and without return-air plenums.
Vertical Units Vertical Series fan coils are floor mounted for concealed or exposed applications. These units are available in seven sizes from 300 - 1200 CFM
High Performance Hi-Performance Series fan coils are for concealed or exposed applications. These units come in eight sizes from 600 - 2000 CFM - Horizontal and Vertical configurations
Belt Drive Belt Drive Series fan coils are available in six sizes ranging from 800 - 4000 CFM - Horizontal configuration
Modular Hi-Rise Coils The ideal solution for Hi-Rise, multi-story buildings, or any other application where a compact footprint and sound criteria are important.
